Ingredients

4 lg. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (approx. 3.5 lbs.)
6 Tbsp. Flour
2/3 c. Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade
2/3 c. Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce
4 Tbsp. Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh grated (or jarred)
Directions
Put chicken and flour into a bag and toss together. Place the chicken in the crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours, or on high for 3 - 4 hours.
Yields 8 servings.

I don't like how the recipe claims half a chicken breast is a "serving". I put in considerably less ginger and served it with salad. "Orange chicken" at a Chinese buffet is basically orange jello on chicken - of course this isn't going to be like that! This, however, is very easy to make and tasty. - 7/3/10

I love orange flavored everything, even after reading the reviews I knew it wouldn't be like the orange chix I'm used to, but my husband, my kids, and I all disliked this...I don't know if it was the ginger, or what, but something was waaay off. Want to add that I only used 1/2 Tbsp. of the ginger.. - 7/16/08
