Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Prep your crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the pork in the bottom of the pot. Sprinkle pork with the black pepper, onion powder and cumin. Pour over the pork the contents of your cans - corn (drained), white beans (drained), black beans (drained) and tomatoes (with juices) as well as a half cup or so of water. Cover and set on Low for several hours.

You may use tortillas, use the filler as a salad topper or whatever else you prefer - however, these other items are not listed in the nutritional info/calorie count.
