Butter, salted, 6 tbsp
Milk, 3.25%, 1.5 cup
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
Garlic, 6 tsp
Barilla Plus Rotini (2 oz, 56 grams), 16 oz
Cut into 1/2" strips
Melt Butter and add chopped garlic.
Toss in cut up chicken.
Slowly add milk then parmesan and simmer stirring frequently for about 30 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.
Cook Rotini (or other pasta of your choice) and drain.
Mix into the pasta a pat of butter or tbsp of olive oil to coat pasta.
Serve on plate with alfredo mixture ladled on top.
