Potato Salad

Introduction

This is an old familiar recipe, but with a little lighter. This is an old familiar recipe, but with a little lighter.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Cups diced potatoes
    3 T. diced onion
    3 eggs, diced
    4 T. pickle relish
    1/2 C. Miracle Whip Light
    2 T. mustard
    Bacon Bits (optional)
    Salt to your taste

Directions

Boil the potatoes until tender. Boil eggs until done (10 min.)
Dice the eggs and put in bowl with the potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the Bacon bits last.
