Introduction

this is a great alternative to that spaghetti craving or that tomatoe and shake cheese pasta dish this is a great alternative to that spaghetti craving or that tomatoe and shake cheese pasta dish
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 reg. size zuccini sm or 6 oz sheredded
    stewed tomates about 1 cup or 7 oz
    parmesan grated w/or without romano my is with 1TB
    pepper and garlic to taste

Directions

add all ingredients except parm cheese to saute pan cover
cook on med to low heat for about 10 to 15 min
stir occasionally keep checking to make sure it don't cook to bottom if starts to happen just add a little water
cook till tender and zuccini is translucent
turn off heat and add parm cheese

Serving Size: makes about 1 1/2 cups
