1 package cream cheese (used regular for calorie calculation, but light is just as good) 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 jar marshmallow cream 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)
soften cream cheese in microwave for about 30 seconds. mix all ingredients on low speed until well blended. chill for about 1 hour (optional, I think it tastes better cold). serve with graham crackers. Great for a holiday party and always a hit at my Thanksgiving Dinner!
