Creamy, Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can Black Beans, rinsed
    1 c. salsa (any variety you like)
    1 small can of chopped green chiles (mild or hot)
    1 can Condensed Mushroom Soup
    1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Add ingredients (exept sour cream) to crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours if your chicken was thawed, or 7-9 hours if your chicken was frozen. When finished, stir in the sour cream. Nice when served over rice, or shredded and put into tortillas. Yum!

Serving Size: Makes 3 very generous portion sizes or 6 smaller portions to have over rice
