4 slices low calorie wheat bread broken into crumbs, (either stale bread or peices baked at 350 for 10 minutes to harden or before adding to bowl).
2 12 oz. cans solid white albacore tuna.
3/4 cup of egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
1/4 chopped onion
2 Tblsp Olive Oil
1 Tblsp Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste.
