this was thrown together and the spices are to taste.
tofu can be used instead of or in addition to the turkey,
also soy sauce can be added.

Ingredients

    Chicken Stock - 8 Cups
    Turkey - !/2 Cup
    Broccoli slaw - 1 1/2 Cups
    Vinager - 2 Tbsp
    Ginger - 1 tsp
    pepper sauce - 1 tsp

Directions

Bring stock to boil and add vinegar and spices
Add Turkey and Broccoli
Cook until broccoli is tender.
