Introduction

A quick, easy chili. Good over a potato or over brown rice, with a little cheese. A quick, easy chili. Good over a potato or over brown rice, with a little cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Beans, red kidney, 425 grams (15.5oz can)
    *Goya Cannellini Beans (15.5 oz can/ 1/2 cup serv/ 3.5 serv per can), 3.5 serving
    hunts diced tomatoes, 7 cup (28 oz can)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Saute olive oil & onions until they sweat. Add spices , beans & tomato. Let mixture come to a boil, then simmer 30 min.
Serve over warm brown rice with cheese on top.
