Lorammy's Fresh Fruit Salad

Introduction

We created this salad to try some new tastes you can add chicken to it if you would like some more protein but we like it just this way. Great on a summer night when its too hot to cook!! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Salad

    1 Head of Romain Lettuce
    1 small Peach
    2 .5" thick slices of fresh Pineapple
    .5 cup of cubed Mango (fresh)
    6 Large fresh Strawberries
    .5 cup toasted pecans

    Dressing

    2 TBSP Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1 TBSP Kraft Fat Free Balsamic Dressing
    1 TBSP Lawry's Hawaiian Marinade
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tsp Lime Juice
    Pinch of Pepper and Southwestern Mrs Dash (optional)

Directions

Turn oven on 350 put pecans on cookie sheet spray with butter spay cook for approx 15 minutes or until you smell the nuts
Tear or Cut lettuce
Cube fruit
Combine all of above.

In a seperate bowl combine all of the dressing ingredients and wisk till blended. Cover Salad and toss or serve dressing on the side.


Serving Size: Makes two good sized portions or several small servings
