Baked Basa with Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

Ingredients

    Spinach Baby, Fresh, Fresh Express Brand, 2 cup
    Baby Bella aka Baby Portabella Mushrooms, 3.8 oz Chopped Red Ripe Raw Tomatoes, 1 cup)
    Ken's Steakhouse Lite Sun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing, 6 tbsp*Basa Fillet, 12 oz )

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F
Spray baking dish with non-stick spray and place fish in dish
Mix other ingredients and spoons over fish
Bake until fish flakes easily, about 20 to 25 minutes
Enjoy

Serving Size: makes 2 servings (60z. basa,1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup mushrooms and 1/2 cup tomatoes, 3tbsp dressing
