Thomas' English muffin
1/4 c egg beaters
1 oz turkey pastrami
1 tbsp fresh grated hard cheese (parano is best as it melts so nicely)
Directions
Be sure to use Thomas' english muffin that is 100 calories with 5 grams of fiber.
Lightly spray non stick pan with oil (I use olive oil spray)
scramble egg beaters with turkey pastrami
when almost cooked, shave cheese on top
toast muffin and add skillet ingredients to sandwich
