Introduction

Ingredients

    all ingredients above were weighted first before i made by i did use the following

    1 can red kedney beans 15.5oz
    1 can died tomatoes 14.5oz
    1 can crushed tomato 28oz
    1 can tomato sauce 8oz
    1 can mushrooms 4oz
    2 cloves garlic
    chile powder 1/2 jar


Directions

get your crock pot out and add all ingredients set on med to high heat stirring occasionally for two hour so chile powder has time to incorporate in the flavor

i like to add but it really ups your sodium 2 beef bouillon cubes to it add the bold flavor


TO LOWER YOU SODIUM BUY MORE THAN HALF USE AS MUCH FREASH NOT CANNED ITEM THIS IS WHAT I WILL BE DOING THE NEXT TIME I MAKE THIS SUCH AS : freash mushrooms save you 460 sodium on total recipe
