Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken breasts (or strips)
1 green pepper
1 orange pepper
1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
4 pineapple rings, quartered
Marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp each: pepper, seasoning salt, onion powder
Directions
Marinade chicken for at least 3 hours. Cut vegetables in 1-inch squares. Take chicken out of marinade. Mix veggies in marinade to coat. Cut chicken into cubes. Put chicken, veggies and pineapple on skewers, alternating chicken and veggies. (Makes approx. 10 skewers) Cook skewers on grill for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning them every few minutes.
