2 1/2 cps of green veggies---spinach,kale,chard celery carrots etc
1/2 cp of soft/medium tofu or so
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 small carrots
3 cps water
1 banana
1tsp coconut oil
1 tomato

blend everything in vita mix blender...........
