Introduction

you can use any combination of any dark green veggies to make up the 2 1/2 cups you can use any combination of any dark green veggies to make up the 2 1/2 cups
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cps of green veggies---spinach,kale,chard celery carrots etc
    1/2 cp of soft/medium tofu or so
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    6 small carrots
    3 cps water
    1 banana
    1tsp coconut oil
    1 tomato

Directions

blend everything in vita mix blender...........

Serving Size: makes about 4 serving sizes or so
