2 cups oatmeal (not quick cooking)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 fat free milk
1 mashed banan
1 tsp vanilla
1 tblsp brown sugar
Bake at 375 for approx. 26 minutes.
When done, change oven to broil. Sprinkle 1 tblsp of brown sugar over top and broil for 3-4 mins till brownish color and bubbly.
Cool a few minutes. Slice into four pieces and use spatula to loosen edges and lift out. Delicious if you like oatmeal and just sweet enough!
