Sarah's Sweet Veggies and Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

Get your fruits and veggies in with this refreshing drink. You won't even taste the spinach, cucumbers, and carrot juice! Great for kids that won't eat their veggies. :) Get your fruits and veggies in with this refreshing drink. You won't even taste the spinach, cucumbers, and carrot juice! Great for kids that won't eat their veggies. :)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup banana (frozen if possible)
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
    1/4 cup mango, fresh, diced
    1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
    1/2 cup carrot juice
    1/2 cup V8 V.Fusion Light, Strawberry Banana
    1/4 cup small ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth in a blender. Serve immediately. Use any combination of fruits (frozen is best): blueberries, oranges, strawberries, pineapple, apple, grapes, blackberries, raspberries, etc.! Substitute the carrot juice with another 100% fruit/veggie juice.

Serving Size: 1 16 oz. drink
