Ingredients

    Leftover pot roast - cubed
    2 medium potatoes - cubed
    2 cups carrots - cubed
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Beef Broth
    1 cup water
    1 cup mushrooms - sliced small
    1 cup frozen peas
    thyme
    pepper
    cumin

Directions

Put soup, water, and broth in pan. Add meat, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until vegetables are almost soft. Add peas. Cook until peas are cooked.
