Ingredients

2 cup, Flour, white,
1.5 cup Banana, fresh, mashed
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 medium Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
.5 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp, Cinnamon, ground,
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract,
Directions
* Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9x5 pan (I use 2 smaller loaf pans and freeze a loaf.)
* Mix together margarine, brown sugar, eggs and then bananas. Add flour and other ingredients.
* Bake at 350F for about an hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 2 small loafs, about 10 slices each.
