Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 137grams, grated
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 132 grams (Or Red bell)
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp
    Italian Spice, 3 - 6 tbsp
    Dried Onion Flakes, 1/2 cup
    brown rice (1 cup cooked)
    Lentils, 400 grams
    Bobís Red Mill - TVP, 1 cup
    Vital wheat gluten, 150 grams

Directions

cook the lentils, spices and rice 45 minutes covered,.
Add thecarrots, TVP and oats let it sit for 10 minutes.
Now adding the vital wheat gluten can be messy. I put the mixture into a kitchenaid and set it on low. Let it turn for 1-2 minutes. Add the Gluten one heaping tablespoon at a time. Form into patties, place onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. You can also pan fry these for a little richer treat.
