A lovely open face sandwich. A lovely open face sandwich.

Ingredients

    1 oz Deli Turkey (Preferably Sara Lee Cracked Black Pepper)
    1 oz Havarti Cheese
    1/4 of a small nectarine thinly sliced
    1 serving Quick Honey Mustard
    1 serving Bi-Lo California Sourdough

Directions

Spread quick honey mustard on one slice of sourdough bread. Top with sliced turkey. Top turkey with nectarines, Top nectarines with cheese. Pop under the broiler (on high) until cheese is melty. ENJOY! Serve with a mixed greens salad or a small fat free cup of soup for an enjoyable lunch. (Will effect calories)
