Oven Potato Fries

Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes, about 1.5 or 2 pounds
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, .5 tsp
*Onion powder, .5 tsp
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
Slice potatoes into wedges, with a maximum width of 1/2 inch. Place potato slices, oil, and seasonings into a plastic zipper bag. Shake well to distribute seasonings on potato surfaces.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray (or line baking sheet with foil and then spray. Arrange potato slices on baking sheet.
Bake at 450 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
