    *Fage 0% - Greek Yogurt, .33 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
    *Sweet Leaf Stevia, 1 Packet, .5 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
