Actually 3 C's, one K (kale) and a B... I got this recipe from my very-fit, health conscious co-worker. This combo of five fresh veggies is delicious and versatile. Use it as a salad base, puree in smoothies, add to omelets or sprinkle in soups and chilis. I use it in everything for added nutrition and to stretch the calories.
