Tuna stuffed mushrooms

Tuna stuffed mushrooms

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 large white mushrooms
    1 Can of Tuna
    1 to 2 tbs raw bell peppers (yellow/red/orange) mixture
    1 to 2 tbs chopped celery
    1 to 2 tbs chopped white onion
    2 tbs of light 3 cheese ranch dressing
    1 oz of shredded light old cheddar cheese

Directions

Clean and stem mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together except for the cheddar. Stuff mushrooms then sprinkle grated cheddar on top (or leave out this step) Bake at 375 on a tray for 12 minutes then broil the top until cheese bubbles. Serve.

Serving Size: makes 12 mushrooms
