Lumpia (Sagrado Style)

Introduction

This is not your normal small/skinny Lumpia and this is for making for a party where everyone will only eat 1-2 lumpia. Ingredients

    Ground beef, 80 oz (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *(0)Lumpia Wrappers(1), 50 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Mix raw meat and vegetable, chopping celery, onions, and garlich and shredding carrots.
Add 1 egg and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix by hand until all vegetables and egg appear to be spread equally throughout meat.
Use soup spoon to place meat in wrapper.
Roll wrapper folding sides in as you go.
Seal wrapper with egg (the egg should be beaten with fork and depending on how much sealant you need for wrappers may need additional egg)
Heat your favorite oil in deep frying pan (oil is not included in nutritional calculator). Oil should cover bottom of pan and should be able to cover 1/2 of rolled Lumpia when placed in pan. Be careful not to heat oil too high. I usually cook between 5-6 on my stove which would be medium to medium high.
Cook Lumpia 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Allow Lumpia to stand on end to drain oil( I use a spaghetti strainer).
Can keep in oven on warm (@ 170) once drained while cooking.
