Ingredients

    Tilapia, 4 oz
    Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp or to taste
    red pepper flakes, 0.5 tsp or to taste

Directions

place tilapia filet ( I use frozen adjust cooking time if thawed) in microwaveable dish.
Add dressing turn filet to coat
sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper flakes
cover and cook on hi for 4 to 5 minutes.

serves one
