Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Avocado, mashed
    1/2 vine-riped tomato, diced
    1/3 cup chopped red onions
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    extra whole cilantro for garnish

Directions

1. Remove stone and peel from an avocado. Dice and mash avocado and mix in chili powder (and salt if desired). Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

2. While the mashed avocado is left at room temperature, chop onions and tomato.

3. Fold in tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lime juice. Garnish with extra cilantro

*make in small batches and serve fresh, avocado does not keep well
