Ingredients

    1 Can Lentils Unico
    2 Bell peppers (1 red - 1 green)
    1/2 English cucumber
    1/2 Red onion raw
    Cilantro
    2 tbsn Olive oil
    1 tbsn Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsn lemon juice
    Salt pepper and spice to taste

Directions

Drain lentils. Chop all veggies. Mix all together. Serve.
