1 T minced garlic
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
3 c diced red cabbage
2 T coconut oil
1/2 t ground ginger
2 T chinese oyster sauce
1/2 t rice vinegar
2. Add sliced onion. Cover and saute for 5 min.
3. Add red cabbage. Cover and saute for 10-15 min.
4. Push veggies to the side, making a crater in the middle of pan. Add ginger, oyster sauce and rice vinegar. Now mix well.
5. Turn off heat. Cover and let sit for 10 min. Serve hot.
