20 lrg mushrooms
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. breadcrumbs, italian seasoned
4 tbsp margarine
4 cloves garlic chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Chop stems and set aside.
Saute garlic and mushrooms stems in the margarine.
Cook until soft.
Stir in cheese and breadcrumbs, remove from heat.
Gentlely fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing mixture, do not pack tight.
Bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
Makes 20 single mushroom servings.
