My regular stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients

1 cup onion
2-4 cloves garlic
4lbs ground beef
3 cups prepared white rice
10 bell peppers
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for the bell peppers. Season to taste. Stuff peppers. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until filling is cooked through.

My husband and I really liked this he said it was his top five meaning he wants me to make it again for sure. We did edit it just slightly I had no garlic and he wanted tomato in it so he added Prego Roasted Garlic Herb Italian sauce. Thank you for sharing! - 7/30/11

Glad you enjoyed them. For the kids I usually cover the peppers in Ragu and top with cheese.
