Chicken and rice skillet

Ingredients

    6 oz Popcorn chicken or diced fried chicken
    1 C Minute Rice
    1 tsp chicken bouillion (granulated)
    1 can peas
    1 C chopped onion
    1 C sliced baby carrots
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbs butter
    3 slices provolone cheese

Directions

Prepare rice (to make 2 cups), add dry bouillion; mix well and set aside. Saute onion and carrots in butter until soft; add garlic and saute just a few minutes longer. Add peas, chicken, and rice. Mix well. Top with cheese; heat through until cheese is melted.
