Number of Servings: 12


    - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 Tablespoons whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup chopped pecans toasted
    1 Tablespoon canola oil

    Coffee Cake-
    1 Cup flour
    1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 Cup brown sugar (packed)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking poweder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    3/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1/4 canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla


1. Hear over to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9 inch square pan.
2. In small bowl, mix streusel ingrediants with fork until crumbly, set aside.
3. In a large bowl,mix together the cake ingrediants until well blended.
4. spoon 1/2 of the batter in the pan, spread evenly. Then top with 1/2 of the streusel.
5, Top with remaing batter and sprinkle with the remaing struesel.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpcik inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool
