T's Warm NappaSlaw




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    *carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), 1 serving (remove)
    Cabbage, napa, 5 cup (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 4 dash (remove)

Directions

Saute onions and mustard 2 tsp olive oil in medium high skillet until the onions are soft. Transfer onions to a large bowl. (3-4 minutes)
Cook carrots untl tender crisp in the same pan over medium heat adding 2 tsp olive oil. (5-6 minutes). Add to bowl with onions.
Add 2 tsp oil to pan and cook napa until it starts to wilt, about 3 minutes. Transfer with onions and carrots.
Add honey and vinegar to the pan heating until bubbles. Dress slaw adding salt and pepper. Toss. Serve warm.
