Pizza base dough




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    200g "00" flour (plus extra for sprinkling and if mixture is too wet.)
    2 tbsp oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    7g yeast,
    125ml water (plus extra if mixture is too dry)

Directions

Place dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.
Add the oil and mix together while adding the water slowly until the mixture is smooth and stretchy.
Place this dough onto a lightly floured surface and kneed for 10 minutes.
Cover with a clean dry tea towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Uncover and kneed for a few minutes until excess air is knocked out then split into four even sized balls.
Roll out thinly and top with anything of your choice.
Serving Size: 4 small pizza bases
