1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
6-9 garlic cloves (peeled)
3/4 cup grated parmesean cheese (I like the good stuff from Sam's)
2 cups fresh basil (washed and dried)
1/2 cup fresh italian parsley (washed and dried)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
zest and juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste (approx 1 tsp)
Serve over pasta, use as a marinade, a dip, off a spoon...
Serving Size: Makes 18 2 tbls servings
