Introduction

Scrambled eggs with veggies to get you started on the right track. Scrambled eggs with veggies to get you started on the right track.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, whipped
    1/4 C chopped peppers
    1/4 C chopped onions
    1/4 C chopped spinach
    1/8 C shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp Tobascco

Directions

Mix chopped veggies into eggs. Spray non stick frying pan with olive oil and heat. Pour egg mixture into hot pan, cook until browned on underside, flip and brown other side. Put cheese in middle and fold over. Sprinkle Tobascco on top.
Can use 4 egg whites for lower cholesterol.

Serving Size: cut in half for 2 servings
