Grilled Mexican Burrito

Ingredients

2 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 cup beef cooked with taco seasoning.
4T. grated cheddar cheese, shredded.
1T. sour cream
Directions
Place a divider pan inside Xpress.
Spray divider pan with nonsitck cooking spray and preheat.
Lay tortillas flat and spread each with half of beans.
Top with half of meat and cheese.
Fold in sides and roll, finished rolls will be thick and about 5 inches long.
Place rolls in divider pan wells and cook 5 minutes until brown and crispy.
Top with half of sour cream on each.
If desired, place on serving plate, cover with warm enchilada sauce and extra cheese, and garnish with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
