Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 Slice Diet Bread (45 Cal)
    2 tsp Skim Milk
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 Pkg Truvia (Stevia)
    1 tablespoon melted sugar free vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients but the bread. Tear bread into small pieces and add to mixture. Place in custard cup. Set cup in baking dish containing 1 in. of water. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Top with 1 tablespoon melted sugar-free vanilla ice cream.

Serving Size: 1 Serving = 1/3 Protein, 1 Starch
