Bread Pudding (Single Serving)

Introduction

This recipe was super easy! The milk is 2 teaspoons. (SP would not let me enter tsp, only ozs, into the calculator.) This recipe was super easy! The milk is 2 teaspoons. (SP would not let me enter tsp, only ozs, into the calculator.)

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 Slice Diet Bread (45 Cal)
    2 tsp Skim Milk
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 Pkg Truvia (Stevia)
    1 tablespoon melted sugar free vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients but the bread. Tear bread into small pieces and add to mixture. Place in custard cup. Set cup in baking dish containing 1 in. of water. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Top with 1 tablespoon melted sugar-free vanilla ice cream.

Serving Size: 1 Serving = 1/3 Protein, 1 Starch
