Ingredients

    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Kosher Salt, 2 tsp
    *dry mustard powder, 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, .5 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

mince garlic and transfer to a mortar. Add salt and grind into a fine paste - dont rush. Stir in mustard and 1 tbsp oil - don't rush.
Slowly add remaining oil, combine well, then vinegar and pepper. Adjusts spices to taste.

refrigerate tightly covered, up to 3 days.

Serving Size: makes about 12 1 tbsp servings
