Ingredients

    *(3)Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti 2 oz, 4 serving
    Nature's Greens; greens duo, 10 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    *John Morrell 96 % fat free cubed ham, 16 oz

Directions

In a large stockpot add greens and enough water to cover the greens. Add the salt, stire an cover the stockpot. On medium high heat bring greens to boil and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain greens in colander and save the cooking liquid.

Cook pasta in the greens cooking liquid 7 - 9 minutes; while the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables.

In medium saute pan on a medium heat, add olive oil and saute garlic for 2 - 3 minutes or until softened. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and greens and saute for 5 - 7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender; add the ham cubes, then the cooked pasta and saute for another minute.

Stir in Parmesan cheese if desired and season with salt & pepper if desired. Serve hot.
