Cabbage Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 head of cabbage, diced
    2 pounds of ground turkey, browned and drained
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup tomato paste (low sodium preferred)
    Enough water to cover all ingredients (6-8 cups)

Directions

Place all ingredients in large pot, put water in pot to cover all ingredients, and bring to a boil.
Cook until cabbage is soft and semi-translucent (about 20 minutes or so, depending)

Serving Size: Makes about 10 - 1 cup servings
