Teriyaki Pork & Broccoli with RiceSubmitted by: OBLIVIA
12oz Lean Pork, Chopped
1lb Frozen Broccoli
1/2 Cup Sweet Onion
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Bottle Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
Garlic Powder (to taste)
4 Cups Cooked White Rice
Add chopped pork and cook about halfway.
If pan very dry, add a drizzle of broth or water
Add frozen broccoli & garlic powder, put lid on skillet and steam on high for about 10 minutes
Stir in teriyaki sauce and bring back to desired temperature
Serve 1 heaping cup teriyaki pork & broccoli over 1 cup white rice.
