Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground turkey breast
1 t. salt
1 t. sage
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t cayenne pepper
black pepper to taste
Directions
Using a large bowl and your hands, mix turkey thoroughly with all spices. Making approximately 2-inch patties, and in a large non-stick pan, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
