Pour dry oats into pot. Then add water and dash of cinnamon. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes, Stirring frequently. While the oatmeal is cooking, pour protein powder in a small cup. Add milk and whisk until a smooth paste. During the last minute of cooking time, add the protein and milk mixture into the oatmeal, stirring well. Pour cooked oatmeal in bowl and top with sugar-free syrup and chopped walnuts.
