Pumpkin Puffs

Number of Servings: 100

Ingredients

    2 cup raisins
    1 cup butter
    2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    3 1/2 cup flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    11/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. vanilla



Directions

Scald and drain raisins. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly, add unbeaten eggs and beat until well blended. Stir in pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, mix in vanilla and raisins. Drop by small spoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 12 min.
