IntroductionWhole Wheat Potato Bread Whole Wheat Potato Bread
1-1/8 cup warm water (90 degrees)
4 TBS margarine, softened
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Bread Flour
1-1/2 TSP salt
3 TBS granulated sugar
1/4 Cup dry instant potato flakes
1-1/2 TSP active dry yeast
2. Set bread machine to basic bread and light crust. (Or set to dough if you want to bake in oven).
3. This is a 1-1/2 lb loaf size bread
Note: This bread can be made with the "delay" timer setting.
(If baking in oven, take out dough when dough cycle is completed. Place on lightly floured surface and shape into loaf and place in non-stick loaf pan. Place in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it has risen to double its size. Back at 400 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before slicing.
