Directions

chop onion, celery, peppers, and garlic and saute in EVOO. Clean and chop mushrooms (I used portabellas but any will work). Add mushrooms after other veggies have cooked down a bit. Add meat and brown, breaking it up as it cooks. When the meat is browned add wine, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup and pepper (maybe about 1 tsp). Allow this to cook for about 20 - 30 minutes on low temp, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. In the last 10 minutes add the pea pods (strings removed and broken in half). Turn heat off and stir in greek yogurt. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Serve over hot noodles or pasta (calories not calculated).
